In busy lives where caffeine keeps us functioning, new research has shown that for those that are trying for a baby caffeine intake does not help.

Whether you have energy drink, coffee, tea or fizzy drinks, you increase the risk of miscarriage. For the first time, this link has been made for men too. So thinking of trying for a baby, couple may want to cut down the caffeine to have the best chance of getting pregnant.
